What are my voting rights in the association?

As a shareholder, you are entitled to one vote per share owned.

What restrictions exist in the association documents on my right to use my unit?

Units are restricted to certain areas of the Association. Please see the Prospectus.

What restrictions exists in the association documents on the leasing of my unit?

All tenants/guests are expected to follow the same rules as Shareholders and all tenants/guests that are in residence for more than 30 days out of a calendar year must be approved by the association. Further information can be found in the Association Documents section, under Association Rules, within a packet called "Renter Packet for Landlords".

How much are my assessments to the Association for my unit type and when are they due.

The current assessment for the association is $170 per month. This is due the first of every month. After 5 days, payments are considered late and a $25.00 late fee will be implimented on your account.

Do I have to be a member in any other association?

No.

Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?

Not as a Shareholder in the Park.

Is the association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000?

No.
