We are NOT a Real Estate Agency. If you are interested in purchasing or renting at Holiday Manor, you will need to complete a Residential Occupancy Info Sheet and be approved prior to purchasing/renting. The Residential Occupancy Info Sheet can be found HERE.

You can also pick up these applications within the Office Monday - Friday, 8AM - 12PM. 

Holiday Manor is a 55+ Community. One resident of each home must be 55 years of age, and the other, at least 45 years of age. We are a NO pet park.

Current RV Lots for Rent By Holiday Manor

RV rental rates are $1,200 monthly. There is a 2-week minimum stay required. Rental rate includes electric, water, sewer, garbage pick-up and lawn mowing. An approved Application for Residency must be on file for anyone staying over 30 days.
