We are NOT a Real Estate Agency. If you are interested in purchasing or renting at Holiday Manor, you will need to complete an Application for Residency and be approved prior to purchasing/renting. The Application for Residency for Domestic Applicants can be found HERE (Canadian Applicants can find their Application for Residency HERE) or, you can pick one up from the Office Monday - Friday, 8AM - 12PM. All applicants purchasing or staying longer than thirty (30) days must pass a credit check and background investigation and have a credit score of 700 or greater. 

Holiday Manor is a 55+ Community. One resident of each home must be 55 years of age, and the other, at least 45 years of age. We are a NO pet park.
