If you are to rent in the Park, please reach out to the Shareholder of the site you plan to rent from to ensure the necessary processes are being following prior to your arrival onsite. Failure to follow the steps as outlined in THIS PACKET can and will result in the denial of your sublease/application.
If you are a current Shareholder and wish to sell your share, please refer to THIS PACKET to ensure all steps are followed as outlines. Failure to do so can and will result in the denial of your transfer/application.
You can also pick up these applications within the Office Monday - Friday, 8AM - 12PM.
Keep in mind that all applicants purchasing or staying more than thirty (30) days must pass a credit check and background investigation and have a credit score of 700 or greater. For a view of the Park's layout, you can see it HERE.
Holiday Manor is a 55+ Community. One resident of each home must be 55 years of age, and the other, at least 45 years of age. We are a no pet park.
